Where It All Began
The Grounding Field was born from my own need to find and feel more ground in my life.
For years, I pursued goals that were not really mine. I lived in ways that did not fully reflect my values, and I chased dreams that seemed to belong more to other people than to my own heart. I did not yet know that I could pause, turn inward, and begin to look for answers within myself.
My journey has taken me in many directions, across different countries, identities, roles, studies, and versions of who I thought I had to become. At times, these paths felt almost opposite to one another. And yet, each step brought me closer to the questions that now sit at the centre of this work:
What helps me feel more connected to myself?
What allows more of me to come alive in the world?
What helps me feel grounded enough to move, choose, and belong?
The Grounding Field is a space for that kind of exploration.
An invitation to slow down. To listen to the body. To reconnect with what feels true. To create a life that feels less like performance, and more like belonging.
To yourself, to your body, to others, and to the world around you.
I am an ICF ACC-certified coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, one of the most recognised coaching bodies worldwide.
My work is also shaped by my training at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics in Petaluma, California, a pioneering school in somatic coaching, embodied leadership, and transformation through the body.
